7,000 cherry trees
The Negoroji in Iwade is a large temple, once influential during the Sengoku period, features 7,000 cherry trees over 1.2 square kilometers. Despite being destroyed by Toyotomi Hideyoshi, it was rebuilt during the Edo period. Visitors can enjoy the scenic cherry blossoms in a historical setting.
