Sculpted Canyon

Tedori Gorge in Hakusan, Ishikawa Prefecture, is an 8-kilometer canyon carved by the Tedori River, featuring 20–30-meter-high cliffs and dramatic rock formations. A highlight is the 32-meter-tall Watagataki Falls, named for its resemblance to cascading cotton. Visitors can descend a steep staircase to view the falls up close or enjoy panoramic vistas from nearby bridges like Furobashi and Komonbashi.
