The Parent and Child Trees are three kashiwa trees standing closely together on a hill in Biei, Hokkaido, resembling a family. This picturesque spot is best viewed from a distance to appreciate the trees within the surrounding patchwork fields. Visitors often capture the trees with the sky and clouds for a classic Biei landscape photo. Located in the Patchwork Road area, it's easily accessible by rental cycle or car from JR Biei Station. Remember to respect the agricultural land and avoid entering the fields during your visit. The best time to visit is in the morning to avoid backlight.
