The Iwakura Cherry Blossom Festival features over 1,300 cherry trees blooming along the Gojo River. Visitors can enjoy a stunning tunnel of cherry blossoms, with petals covering the river surface as they fall. During the festival, the trees are illuminated at night, and the traditional "Nobori-arai" (carp streamer washing) ceremony takes place. Located a 5-minute walk from Iwakura Station on the Meitetsu Inuyama Line, the festival offers a vibrant atmosphere with various stalls and events. The best time to visit is during the full bloom to witness the breathtaking scenery and experience the local culture.
