Korinji Temple in Kanazawa is known as a 'wish-granting temple,' offering a serene escape with charming stone statues of animals and a peaceful atmosphere. Visitors can write their wishes on a 'tasuki' (sash) and place it on the corresponding zodiac statue. The temple is also famous for its beautiful white spider lilies that bloom in late summer. Located a short distance from the Nishi Chaya District, Korinji features a main hall with notable paintings and a garden to stroll through. Open from 9:00 to 16:30, it costs ¥500 for adults to enter (¥400 for junior high students and younger, or groups of 20+). It's easily accessible by car, approximately 15 minutes from the Kanazawa-nishi Interchange.
