Hirauchi Seafront Onsen is a unique open-air hot spring located on Yakushima's southern coast. This mixed-gender bath is only accessible during low tide, so be sure to check the tide schedule in advance. The onsen features natural rock formations and offers a wild, open-air bathing experience right by the sea. Remember that it's only accessible for about two hours before and after low tide. It's located in Kagoshima Prefecture, Yakushima Town, Hirauchi, accessible by a 40-minute bus ride from Anbo Port.
