This French-style garden features approximately 1,400 rose bushes of 130 varieties, centered around statues of Verny and Oguri Tadamasa, fountains, and Western-style arbors. Stroll along the seaside boardwalk for views of Yokosuka Port, naval vessels, and both U.S. and Japanese naval bases. The park also includes the Verney Commemorative Museum and the historic Thiebaut Residence. Open year-round, it's especially beautiful during the rose festivals in spring and autumn. The park is wheelchair accessible.
