The Ninohe City Buried Cultural Property Center showcases artifacts excavated from the historic Kunohe Castle and other sites within the city. Located a 10-minute walk from JR Ninohe Station and a 15-minute drive from Ichinohe IC, the center provides insights into the history of the Kunohe clan and the surrounding region. Exhibits include a detailed look at the Kunohe Masazane Rebellion and the relationship between the Kunohe and Nanbu clans. The center also features artifacts from the Jomon period, such as the Kamisato site. Admission is ¥50 for adults and ¥20 for students, with free parking available. The center is equipped with barrier-free facilities, including tactile paving, wheelchair ramps, and accessible restrooms.
