Jizo-yu Bathhouse is one of the seven popular public bathhouses in Kinosaki Onsen. Located a short walk from Kinosaki Onsen Station, it's easily accessible and recognizable by its modern, white building, a contrast to the traditional architecture of other bathhouses. Jizo-yu is known for the legend of a Jizo statue emerging from its spring and features a unique 'parent and child bath,' with shallower areas for children. Open from 7 AM to 11 PM (closed Fridays), it's a convenient option for visitors looking to experience the onsen culture. The bathhouse offers a spacious bathing area and a relaxation room on the second floor with massage chairs and vending machines. Before entering, you'll find a Jizo statue enshrined at the entrance.
