The Oshirakawa Valley, part of the Japanese Top 100 Famous Waters, offers stunning natural beauty with clear streams originating from Mount Kaikoma in the Southern Alps. Visitors can enjoy emerald-green waters, waterfalls, and deep pools. The valley is accessible via a 10-minute walk from the parking area, crossing a suspension bridge near Takeu Kaikoma-gatake Shrine to reach the emerald-colored Sengafuchi. Beyond this point, the trail becomes a challenging mountain course requiring caution. Highlights include the cascading Asahi Falls, Yurigafuchi, the three-tiered Jinja Falls, and finally, Fudo Falls. The trail extends for 2.5 km, offering a refreshing escape into nature.
