Butsuryu-ji Temple, located in Uda, Nara Prefecture, is known for its ancient, thousand-year-old cherry tree (Motizuki Sakura) near the main gate. The temple also features beautiful pear trees and a red-painted main hall. Note that the approach to the temple involves steep steps, which may be challenging for visitors with mobility issues. The best time to visit is during the cherry blossom season in spring or when the red spider lilies bloom in autumn. A visit fee of ¥200 is required.
