Overview

Chikusa Highlands Ski Resort in Shiso, Hyogo Prefecture, offers a diverse range of slopes suitable for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced skiers. Located 42 km from the Yamazaki IC or 40 km from the Sayo IC on the Chugoku Expressway, the resort features five courses, a snow park, and a maximum slope of 31 degrees. Open from mid-December to the end of March, a day pass costs ¥4500 for adults. The resort also provides amenities such as a kids' area and parking for 1,000 vehicles (¥500 fee, free on weekdays). In warmer months, visitors can enjoy the lily garden and other recreational activities.
