The Bato Kannon-do Hall is located on Mount Konsho, part of the Konan Alps, and is a stop along the Mount Konsho hiking trail. This hall offers panoramic views of southern Shiga Prefecture and is a popular spot for night scenery. En route to the hall, you'll find Konsho-ji Temple, reflecting the area's history as a mountain for ascetic practices. The hall serves as a recommended rest stop for hikers. Note that the road to the hall is narrow, and the parking area accommodates only about 8 cars. From the observation deck, you can see the JRA Ritto Training Center.
