Kumano Taisha Shrine, also known as Tohoku's Ise, is one of Japan's three Kumano shrines. Legend says that if you find all three hidden rabbits carved on the back of the main hall, your wishes will come true. The shrine offers panoramic views of the Okitama Basin and the Azuma mountain range. Located in Nanyo City, Yamagata Prefecture, it's a 10-minute drive from Akayu Station or a 10-minute walk from Miyauchi Station on the Flower Nagai Line.
