Located a short bus or walk from Yonago Station, this museum offers free admission to explore exhibits on the history and culture of the Yonago region, including artifacts from Yonago Castle and displays of local life. The retro building itself is a highlight, offering a glimpse into the city's past. Open from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (entry until 5:30 PM), it's an ideal spot to delve into the area's heritage. Note that the museum is closed on Tuesdays, the day after national holidays, and during the New Year period. A visit here provides a unique blend of architectural appreciation and historical insight.
