Wajima Port, a key fishing hub on the Noto Peninsula, is a short walk north from Wajima's central area and morning market. Historically a port of call for Kitamae ships during the Edo period, it now serves as a base for coastal fishing. While the port itself may not have specific tourist facilities, visitors can observe the bustling activity of fishing boats returning in the morning. Nearby, the Sumiyoshi Shrine features torii gates and lanterns donated by wealthy shipping merchants from the Edo era. The Wajima Port Marine Town is located on the east side of the port.
