The Tokorozawa Aviation Museum, located within the Tokorozawa Aviation Memorial Park, stands on the historic site of Japan's first airfield. The museum showcases a range of aircraft and exhibits, including the first domestically produced military aircraft, the Kaishiki No. 1, and actual airplanes and helicopters. Visitors can explore the history of aviation in Tokorozawa at the Memorial Gallery and enjoy a large-screen theater showing clay animations.
