Obiki Inari Shrine, located in Tatebayashi, Gunma Prefecture, is a unique shrine with a history tied to the legend of a fox guiding the construction of Tatebayashi Castle. Founded in 1532 as the guardian deity of the castle's demon gate, it features a rare west-facing main hall. Visitors can admire the rows of red torii gates, a large cherry tree, and a Benzaiten shrine in the back.
