Built in 1900, this historic building once housed foreign teachers who taught at the To-o Gijuku school, the first private school in Aomori Prefecture. The first floor features a cafe where you can relax and enjoy refreshments. The building is easily accessible by bus from JR Hirosaki Station. It's a great spot to visit in the afternoon and is free to enter.
