Sugadairakogen Snow Resort, known as the "Davos of Japan," is a large ski resort with a rich history and expansive slopes perfect for all skill levels. Located in Sugadaira Kogen, Ueda, Nagano, it's easily accessible by car from the Ueda Sugadaira IC or the Suzaka Nagano IC, and by bus from Ueda Station. The resort is divided into three main areas: Davos, Taro, and Pine Beak Omatsu/Tsubakuro, offering everything from gentle slopes to challenging steep runs. Enjoy powder snow thanks to the snow machines, and explore snowshoeing trails on the mid-slopes of Mt. Neko. Open from early December to early April, with parking available.
