Located in Himi City, the Shiokaze Gallery is dedicated to the works of Fujiko Fujio A, a renowned manga artist from the area. The gallery features original artwork, a recreation of his room at the legendary Tokiwa-so apartment, and interactive digital manga exhibits. The gallery is easily accessible, being an 8-minute drive from Himi IC on the Noetsu Expressway or a 15-minute walk from JR Himi Station.
