Todai-ji Temple, located at the foot of Mount Wakakusa, is a vast temple complex and a UNESCO World Heritage site. It's home to the Great Buddha Hall, which houses a large bronze Buddha statue, and numerous national treasures and important cultural properties. Todai-ji is easily accessible by bus from JR and Kintetsu Nara Stations, followed by a short walk. The temple offers barrier-free facilities, including wheelchair rentals and accessible restrooms. Admission fees are ¥600 for adults and high school students, ¥600 for junior high students, and ¥300 for elementary school students. The Todai-ji Museum is also worth a visit.
