Hodosan Shrine, located in Nagatoro, Saitama, is dedicated to Emperor Jimmu, the mountain deity Oyamatsumi, and the fire deity Kagusuchi. It's known for its beautiful architecture and serene atmosphere. The shrine is a 10-minute walk from Nagatoro Station on the Chichibu Railway. Hodosan Shrine is believed to provide blessings for good luck, protection against misfortune, and fire prevention. The main hall was rebuilt in 1869, and the worship hall was completed in 1874.
