The Mount Gassan Visitor Center is located near the entrance to the road leading to Gassan's 8th station and the Haguro Mountain paid road. The center provides insights into the mountain's terrain, geology, natural history, and more. Open to the public free of charge, it includes a rest area with tables. Note that there is no air conditioning, but vending machines are available outside.
