Nijigahama Beach, located a short 3-minute walk from JR Hikari Station on the Sanyo Main Line, offers a serene seaside experience in Yamaguchi Prefecture. This easily accessible beach features shallow waters and gentle waves, making it ideal for families and those less confident in swimming. A free toddler pool is also available. During the summer (mid-July to mid-August), swimming hours are from 10 AM to 5 PM. From July 1st to August 31st, the beach is illuminated with cocktail lights from sunset to 11 PM, creating a magical atmosphere for evening strolls and relaxation at the beachside cafes. Please note that swimming is prohibited at night, even in the lit areas.
