Built in 1952 as the home of local fishing magnate Tsunezo Seto, the residence showcases the lifestyle of a wealthy fishing family. Located a short 5-minute walk from Wakkanai Station, visitors can explore the well-preserved building and learn about the history of the fishing industry in Wakkanai. Highlights include the banquet hall, tea room, and exhibits related to the film "Kita no Sakuramori" (Northern Canary). Open to the public, admission is ¥200 for adults and ¥100 for children.
