Hakuto Coast, known for the legend of the White Rabbit of Inaba and Daikokuten, features a beautiful crescent-shaped white sandy beach and the island of Okinoshima, where the rabbit is said to have crossed. The black reefs near the island are likened to the crocodiles from the myth. As a designated "Lover's Sanctuary," it includes the Kita-no-Saki observation area with a love bell and message box, along with Hakuto Shrine and the roadside station "Myth of the White Rabbit." The nearby Japanese rose colony is a natural monument. The beach stretches for 1 km and is easily accessible by a 30-minute bus ride from Tottori Station.
