Wakui Center is a soba restaurant located in the mountains of Nagano Prefecture, near Nakano and Obuse. Known for its hearty portions of Shinshu soba, this restaurant offers a satisfying dining experience at an affordable price. The handmade soba noodles have a firm texture, and the tempura, especially the tempura soba, is highly recommended. Be aware that it can be difficult to find without a car navigation system due to the lack of signage. It's a popular spot, so expect a full parking lot.
