The Shirodai Ranch Observatory, located a 15-minute drive from Nanaehoncho IC via the Shirodai Skyline, offers panoramic views of Hakodate Mountain and the Ono Plains. During summer, you can see grazing cows, and at night, it's a popular spot for night views. The Shirodai Skyline is open from late April to mid-November, and the observatory facilities are available from late April to mid-October. Note that there are no streetlights, so exercise caution when traveling at night. It's a scenic spot to enjoy Hokkaido's natural beauty and the cityscape.
