Hasaki Beach, located in Kamisu, Ibaraki Prefecture, is the southernmost beach in the prefecture facing the Kashima Sea. Known for its shallow waters and clean coastline, it's a popular spot for swimming, clam digging, and marine sports like surfing and bodyboarding. The beach was recognized as one of Japan's "Best Bathing Beaches" by the Ministry of the Environment. Visitors can easily access the beach by car from the Higashi-Kanto Expressway or by bus from JR Choshi Station. Parking is available for a fee. The best time to visit is during the summer months for swimming and other water activities.
