The Terasaka Rice Terraces in Yokoze, Chichibu, Saitama Prefecture, are known as one of the closest terraced rice fields to the Tokyo metropolitan area. These picturesque rice paddies offer stunning seasonal views, especially in early autumn when vibrant red spider lilies (Higanbana) bloom along the edges of the fields, creating a striking contrast with the golden rice. Visitors can enjoy leisurely walks along the paths, taking in the rural scenery with Mount Bukō in the background.
