Located near the entrance of Madarao Tokyu Resort Hotel Tangram in the Kurohime/Lake Nojiri area (but actually in Madarao), Kirishita Soba Takahashi offers delicious Shinshu soba in a stylish, log-house-style setting. Open for lunch and dinner (check hours), it's a great option when visiting Madarao, especially during the quieter months when other establishments may be closed. Expect tourist-area pricing, but the quality of the soba justifies it. A perfect spot to enjoy a traditional Japanese meal after a day of exploring the Madarao area.
