Explore the Yoshinogari Historical Park, a fascinating recreation of a Yayoi period settlement located in Saga Prefecture. This expansive park is divided into several zones, including the Entrance Zone with visitor facilities, the Moated Village Zone showcasing the residences of the elite, and the Ancient Field Zone for recreation. Don't miss the newly opened Ancient Forest Zone, which recreates the forests of the Yayoi period. Discover reconstructed buildings, burial mounds, and ongoing archaeological excavations. The park is accessible via a 15-minute walk from Yoshinogari-Koen Station or a short drive from the Higashi-Sefuri Interchange. Open from 9:00 to 17:00 (April-May & September-March) and 9:00 to 18:00 (June-August).
