Kotarogafuchi is a hidden scenic spot in Nasushiobara, Tochigi Prefecture, known for its beautiful natural surroundings and tranquil atmosphere. The area features a small teahouse where visitors can enjoy local specialty grass dumplings (kusadango) while listening to the soothing sounds of the river. Access involves navigating narrow, unpaved roads, adding to the sense of discovery. The best times to visit are during the lush green seasons or when the autumn leaves are at their peak. Note that the path to the teahouse includes some uneven terrain, so it may not be suitable for elderly visitors or young children. The teahouse may be closed during winter.
