Yurinkan is a nationally designated Important Cultural Property in Kiryu, a city known for its historical architecture. This complex of 11 warehouses, some dating back to 1843, once belonged to the Yano family, who significantly contributed to Kiryu's commerce. Today, the unique spaces within the warehouses are used for concerts, theatrical performances, and art galleries. Located near the entrance to the traditional building preservation district, Yurinkan offers a glimpse into Kiryu's rich past. It's easily accessible by bus from JR Kiryu Station. Open daily except Mondays (or the following day if Monday is a holiday), the day after national holidays, and during the New Year period.
