The Natadera Kuri Garden, located in Komatsu, Ishikawa Prefecture, is a renowned temple garden designed under the guidance of Kobori Enshu and crafted by the garden magistrate Toki Betsube. This historic garden, the oldest in Ishikawa Prefecture, features a unique arrangement of stepping stones in triangular and square shapes, symbolizing harmony and change. A highlight is the group of stones forming a Sanzon stone arrangement. Visitors can also explore the Nyojō-an tea room, a favorite of Lord Toshitsune Maeda. The garden is accessible by car or bus from JR Komatsu Station or JR Kagaonsen Station. Admission is ¥600 for adults, with an additional ¥200 for special viewing areas, and free for young children.
