Flower & Garden Mori no Kaze is a stunning garden park in Shizukuishi, Iwate Prefecture, easily accessible by car (20 minutes from Shizukuishi Station). Designed by renowned landscape artist Kazuyuki Ishihara, a Chelsea Flower Show gold medalist, the park features diverse garden styles, including recreations of award-winning designs. Visitors can enjoy seasonal flowers, especially those native to the Tohoku region. The park is particularly enchanting during winter when illuminated.
