The Mt. Kobo Park Observation Deck, located atop Mt. Gongen in Hadano, Kanagawa, offers a stunning 360-degree panoramic view. On clear days, visitors can see Mt. Fuji, the Tanzawa and Hakone mountains, and Sagami Bay. This viewpoint is recognized as one of the best places in the Kanto region to view Mt. Fuji. Accessible via a 40-minute walk from Hadano Station, or a short bus ride followed by a 10-minute walk, the park is known for its beautiful cherry blossoms in spring and colorful foliage in autumn. The observation deck is a popular spot for both casual hikers and photographers, providing a picturesque setting for picnics and leisurely strolls. Note that the path to the top involves some stairs or slopes.
