Located in the historic Udatsu Townscape of Mima City, the Mima City Tourist and Cultural Information Center serves as an excellent starting point for exploring the area, including Mount Tsurugi. Housed in a charming building that recreates the former Waki-machi tax office from the Meiji era, the center provides tourist information, accommodation assistance, and volunteer guides for the Udatsu Townscape. Inside, you'll find exhibits, including displays on Mima Washi umbrellas, and can even rent SNS-friendly props for photos. The center also offers barrier-free access with wheelchair ramps and accessible restrooms. It's an ideal spot to learn about the local history and culture before wandering through the picturesque streets.
