Located in Itayanagi, the heart of apple country, the Itayanagi-machi Furusato Center is a hub for exploring the region's apple heritage. Visitors can tour a variety garden showcasing 800 trees of 250 apple varieties, a museum, and a processing plant. From October to mid-November, enjoy apple picking. Relax with an open-air foot bath at the onsen facility. The craft center offers workshops using apples, including apple dyeing and pottery. With a restaurant, shop, cottages, and onsen, it's a great place to spend the day. It's easily accessible, just a 3-minute drive from Itayanagi Station.
