The event is easily accessible from Koide Station by taxi or a short drive from the Koide Interchange, though arriving early or carpooling is recommended due to limited parking. The adult team entry fee (middle school age and up) is ¥15,000, and the children's team fee (elementary school age and under) is ¥6,000.
