Known for its historical connection to writer Shusaku Endo, who named the nearby Kori-an restaurant famous for funa-zushi (fermented crucian carp) kaiseki, Yoshida Sake Brewery offers a taste of local tradition. During the cherry blossom festival, the brewery opens a limited-time bar, Bououtei, where visitors can enjoy sake and handmade soba noodles.
