The Rasuchijin Association is a restored building on the grounds of Hanamaki Agricultural High School, originally founded by Kenji Miyazawa in 1926 after leaving his teaching position. He gathered young people and farmers to lecture on rice cultivation and peasant art theories. The building, once located near the Kenji Poetry Monument, was rebuilt here after its collapse. Visitors can explore the house where Miyazawa lived and taught, viewing exhibits like his famous message board and personal belongings. The serene garden features a statue of Miyazawa, making it a unique spot to connect with his life and work. Open during school hours; check with the school for access.
