The Hokuei Town Library, located a short walk from JR Yura Station (also known as Conan Station) along Conan Street, is a must-visit for fans of "Detective Conan." The library's exterior features a large Conan illustration and a bronze statue of Shinichi Kudo, perfect for photo opportunities. Inside, discover a special "Conan Corner" with memorabilia, comics, and guidebooks by Gosho Aoyama, the creator of "Detective Conan" and a Hokuei Town native. The library offers a unique blend of literary resources and pop culture appeal. Note that the library is closed on Mondays, national holidays, the last Thursday of each month, and during the New Year holidays (December 29 - January 3), as well as for a special maintenance period of about one week in mid-June.
