The Tsuruta Railway Memorial Hall is located on the former site of the Satsuma-Tsuruta Station on the Miyanojo Line, which was discontinued in 1987. Although the building's exterior appears well-maintained, it may not be the original station building. Visitors can explore the preserved platform and a monument made of iron wheels in front of the station. The hall may be closed unexpectedly, so it's best to check in advance. The remains of the Miyanojo Line roadbed are also nearby.
