Ooidaira Park, located in Inabu, Toyota City, is a scenic destination renowned for its stunning autumn foliage. Established by the Furuhashi family, the park commemorates Terunori Furuhashi's contributions to the community during the Tenpo famine. Today, it's a popular spot for viewing vibrant maple leaves, especially during the Momiji (maple) Festival in November. Visitors can enjoy a pleasant walk across the "Wind Suspension Bridge" and admire the views from the observation deck. While less crowded than the famous Korankei Gorge, Ooidaira Park offers a tranquil environment to appreciate the fall colors. The park is accessible by car via the Sarunage Green Road (Rikiishi IC) and is also a short walk from Donguri-no-Sato Inabu.
Best time to visit: November, Momiji (Maple Leaf) Festival
