Kashozan Ryuhain Mirokuji Temple, also known as Kashozan Mirokuji, is a historic temple recognized as one of Japan's three great tengu (long-nosed goblin) temples, alongside Takao-san Yakuo-in in Tokyo and Kurama-dera in Kyoto. Founded in 848, this venerable temple was once a prayer site for the first Tokugawa shogun. The highlight is the impressive large tengu mask enshrined in the worship hall.
