The Chojabaru Visitor Center, located at the entrance to the Kuju Mountains in the Aso-Kuju National Park, offers exhibits about the history and nature of the Kuju region. Inside, you'll find displays on the topography, geology, flora, and fauna of the Kuju mountain range, as well as a video presentation called "The Four Seasons of Kuju." Pamphlets with hiking and tourist information are also available. A 2.5km nature trail starts from the center, allowing you to explore the Tadewara Wetlands, a registered Ramsar Convention site. Volunteer guides from the "Kuju Nature Conservation Society" occasionally lead nature walks. The center is equipped with accessible restrooms, elevators, and parking.
