The Moto-Arakawa Embankment in Koshigaya, Saitama, is a renowned cherry blossom viewing spot. Approximately 400 Somei Yoshino cherry trees line the embankment, creating a stunning pink tunnel when in full bloom. Visitors can enjoy leisurely walks along the embankment, with picturesque views of the cherry blossoms reflected in the river. The best time to visit is during the cherry blossom season in early April, although the area offers pleasant scenery for walks year-round. Note that parking can be challenging during peak season. It's easily accessible from Kita-Koshigaya Station on the Tobu Nikko Line.
