Tendo Highland Campground

Overview

Located a convenient 30-minute drive from Tendo Station, Tendo Highland Campground offers a refreshing escape into nature. This campground is a popular destination for seasonal activities, including wild vegetable picking in spring, mountain play, chestnut gathering, wild grape hunting, and mushroom picking in the summer and autumn. In winter, the area in front of the lodge transforms into a convenient ski slope. With clean and updated toilet facilities, it's an ideal spot for camping and enjoying the outdoors. The campground provides beautiful views of Tendo City and clear night skies perfect for stargazing. Open from late April to late October.
